The Process:

  1. Initial 20-min Consultation: A free call to explore your goals, get to know each other, and determine if intimacy coaching is a good fit.
     

  2. Personalized Plan: Based on your situation, we co-create a roadmap to help you move from where you are to where you want to be.
     

  3. Regular Sessions: We meet 1:1 (or as a couple) for weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Each session integrates coaching throughout, combining emotional guidance, relationship tools, somatic practices, and mindset shifts that are customized to your needs.
     

  4. Between-Session Support: You receive reflection prompts, exercises, or voice-note support to keep your momentum going.
     

  5. Progress Tracking: We'll regularly review what's shifting, what's still feeling stuck, and how to deepen your growth.
